Skillet & Spatula

We decided to keep both of their names. We got Spatula from [The Animal Haven] about a week after Skillet. (Yes, we instantly loved her so much we had to get another one ASAP!) They are doing really well, starting pretty much immediately after we brought them home! When friends come over Skillet and Spatula love to be the center of attention! They are very friendly with everyone they meet and cuddly with those they have spent more time with. They love to play fight with each other and have daily naps together and help bathe each other’s hard to reach spots. They love string toys and chasing fake mice around our home. Skillet and Spatula both have big appetites for such small animals! They eat everything in their bowls and even try to eat our food right after they have finished their own meals. No major health issues, but we did take them to the vet to get checked out and finish some vaccines that were not given fully before we took them home. 

We are VERY happy with the two new additions to our family! We really enjoyed the Animal Haven shelter and have told many friends and family members of our positive experience with you there. We really appreciate the good work all the staff and volunteers put in to get so many animals into safe and loving homes, and are very grateful to have been united with our little fur babies by you!
