Ripley and Little Lady

They are both doing fantastic! No health issues and they both are eating just fine! I try not to spoil them with treats lol!

Ruby became Ripley because she reminded us so much of Ripley from the Alien movies the way she would sneak about the house only in the middle of the night the first few weeks, it started as a joke but has stuck. Ladybug has become Little Lady. We have a habit of calling our daughter little love so it kinda fit. 

They are both doing well. Lady made herself right at home from day 1, she loves to lay on our laps at night when we play video games or watch TV. Her and our daughter chase each other around (we have 3 rooms babygated so both kitties have plenty of places to go our daughter can’t reach). 

Ripley took longer to come around, the first two weeks she kept to herself and hid away but we would catch her sneaking around during the night. She’s still pretty shy, but she’ll come out during the day and lay around the house even with our daughter wandering about and she comes up for short periods to be pet so we are building that trust up. 

We have 3 bearded dragons, all in enclosed tanks, they’ve both shown mild interest but haven’t made any attempts to get into the tanks or are agitated by them. 

I’m terrible at taking pictures but I did mange this one of them both when I was making dinner one night, they like to keep me company!
