Munchkin “Munch”

We renamed Symphony to Munchkin, but we mostly call her Munch for short. She’s the queen of our apartment and she knows it. She’s become our resident bug hunter and takes care of any moths or ground bugs (mostly by pawing them around the floor) for us! She loves making biscuits anywhere and everywhere, climbing the shower curtain, chasing her tail, and watching birds and people out the window. 

We don’t have any other pets, and she definitely enjoys being the center of attention! The first day after we brought her home, we had a bad health scare because she got quite sick quite quickly so we took her to the animal ER. We now know that it was likely a sickness flare up / stress response to a lot of changes (i.e. being spayed earlier that day, already having a little cold, and the change in environment). Thankfully, she recovered quickly with some oral antibiotics (not fun to administer!) and has been her usual energetic, often mischievous, and very cuddly self since then! We love her very much!
