Malutka

I changed Courtney’s name to “Malutka,” which is a Polish term of endearment which means “little one.” For a cat that I’ve only had for a little over 2 months, I feel like I’ve had her for 2 years – She’s really adjusted nicely to the house and my family. She’s a very active and talkative cat, always wanting to play, looking out the window and watching wildlife, and using her extra digits to her advantage (she often is able to open doors if she wants to enter rooms and swats at your legs for attention). She’s also proven to be a lap cat (but only on her terms), and very social, going up to new people and adjusting to them quickly. She’s an only child, as we have no other animals, and I think she prefers it that way. There are definitely no issues with eating – she can be quite the beggar, and no health issues. Malutka blessed our lives – my entire family and I are often in disbelief at how lucky we got with her. Thank you all for your help and support in adopting her!
