Gomez

Kelowna has a new name.  It’s Gomez. 

After a little over 3 months with us, he has completely claimed our house and all of us as his own. He loves on each of us differently. He’s very vocal and expressive, making lots of different noises to get what he needs! He’s incredibly playful and mischievous.

We have one other adult male cat, Ghosty, he’s 6 years old.  It was a slow adjustment on his part, at first he was a little unsure of the new kitty. But he has accepted him. Gomez always wants to play with him, Ghosty will play with him, but also wants his space and will let him know and also take the high ground to retreat if he’s too much. They are co-habitating well, eating together and often found napping together. 

Gomez eats everything! He still eats kitten dry food but we had to give up on kitten wet food bc when we were feeding the 2 cats separately, he would hear Ghosty getting his food and speed across the house to eat it.  So both cats are eating the same wet food and different dry foods.
