Gidget

Everything is great with Gidget!. She is awesome! Very active and loves to go for walks. We kept her name because we love it and didn’t want to confuse her. The first week was tough because she was shy to her new home but after a week she became more active with us. She began to play with Ceviche who is our adopted chihuahua. So far ,she is having a great time with him. They have their own bed but change seats every now and then. They are really cute together. … We noticed that Gidget loves to go hiking and that’s what we have been doing for the past month. She loves to … discover new places. We go very often to Sleepy Giant where she … walks with us all the way to the top. Actually one of the volunteers at Animal Haven noticed her and said hi to Gidget. Our summer goal is to travel to different states and go hiking with Gidget and Ceviche. Our last trip was the Great Falls in Virginia in which Gidget hiked for 3 hours and still had the energy to continue. She walked outside the White House, the National mall and Lincoln Memorial. Gidget was also in Boston and walked all over the Harvard campus. We love her, she is awesome, very playful and listens to us. She has a great home where she gets all the love and has a brother to be there with her when we are not home.
