Amber

Zen is now going by Amber because of her eye color. She’s still pretty shy but is starting to come out of her shell. She loves pets and enjoys her new cat house, but still is very cautious of loud noises or pets when I’m standing up instead of sitting down. I just started to let her explore the entire house this past week, and she’s been very curious about new rooms. She also turned out to be very vocal especially when she wants to be pet (or fed), but she’s been respectful of my sleep schedule…at least so far!

She doesn’t understand cuddles yet and doesn’t sleep on my bed, but we’re working on it. Also, she started playing with me a little and not just on her own (she loves her cat tunnel and toy mice). It’s hard to take pictures of a black cat, but I attached a few I had! She’s the only animal in the house.
