Amber

We’ve renamed Whitney to “Amber” and already have had our vet give her a checkup – no issues.

She had no adjustment issues and took charge of the household immediately.  She has her preferred chair to sit/sleep in, but is intensely curious and explores every inch of the house that she can get to.

We have no other pets, which is fine because she is convinced that the world revolves around her.  She’s a bit food-obsessed and eats a prodigious amount.  Our vet has warned us to watch her weight and we dread that battle in the future.

We absolutely love our new family member – she has more energy, curiosity and crazy anticsthan any of our previous cats.  Thanks so much to Animal Haven.  I’ve attached a picture of her drinking from the kitchen sink.  She prefers her water fresh, thank you, or maybe she just likes to command attention and be served by the humans!
